Joseph received a MFA in Writing for the Stage and Screen from Northwestern University where Dead Weight won the Agnes Nixon Playwriting Award. His plays have been produced in New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, and Sydney, Australia. Currently he is working toward a Ph.D. in Theatre from the Graduate Center (CUNY) in New York where he also teaches English and Speech.
